Loving and devoted husband of Roberta of 36 years. Dear father of Margarite Santai of Carlisle, PA and grandfather of Sasha Whittenbury of Scottsdale, AZ. Son-in-law of Jane Grant. Mr. Salisbury was a retired SFC Veteran of the United States Army and a survivor of the Korean Campaign and two tours in Vietnam. He was a lifetime member of VFW Post 334 of Lake Orion and retired from Pontiac Osteopathic Hospital. Chris spent his last 7 months at Sunrise of Clarkston, where he made many new friends and received wonderful care by all the caregivers and staff. He will be missed by many family and friends and his cat Middy. Funeral service Monday 11am from the Lake Orion Chapel of the Sparks-Griffin Funeral Home. Family will receive friends Sunday 3-5 & 7-9 pm. Interment Monday 1:00 pm with full military honors @ Great Lakes National Cemetery, Holly, Michigan.
