Alvin Ross Mcdonald

Alvin Ross McDonald; of Lakeville; age 77; passed away on May 5, 2018. Al was the beloved husband of the late Ruth; loving father of Michael (Jennifer) McDonald and Suzy (Greg) Super; loving grandpa of Ryan and Kyle McDonald, Brittany (Jonas) Chennault and Ariel Super; and dear great grandpa of Indiana and Delta Super.  He was preceded in death by his brothers, Clifford Jr., and Alan McDonald.  Big Al retired after 25 years at GM Photographic.  Post retirement he enjoyed his part-time career driving limousines.  Al was also an active member at the OPC in Rochester where he enjoyed playing pool. More than anything, Al loved being an involved grandpa, recently while attending all of his grandson’s lacrosse games. A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, May 19, 2018 at 1pm at Sparks-Griffin Funeral Home, Lake Orion with visitation starting at 11am. Pastor Bob Holt will officiate. If desired, in lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the OPC of Rochester.
