PAGEL, Jr., Arthur Conway of Lake Orion, Age 83 died Monday, December 15, 2008. Devoted husband of Marian for 59 years. Loving father of Thomas (Michelle), Robert (Susan), Frank (Sharlene), Jean Pagel-Roberts, Joyce Pagel-O'Dell. Dear grandfather of Ron, Cathy, Sherry, Julie, Robert, Derek, Nichole and Ryan. Great-grandfather of 6 and great-great grandfather of 2. Survived by two sisters, Virginia Kochanowski and Beverly Decker, along with many nieces and nephews. Mr. Pagel worked for many years as a Photo Engraver and retired from the Lake Orion Schools as a printer. He was owner of Maple Springs Golf Range in Metamora for 22 years. He enjoyed golfing, along with fishing with his many friends. He was a member of the Lake Orion Congregation of Jehovah's Witnesses. At his request there will be a private memorial service. Arrangements entrusted to the Lake Orion Chapel of the Sparks-Griffin Funeral Home. Reflections may be shared at www.sparksgriffin.com
