Barbara Ann Hausmann

Barbara Ann Hausmann; age 86; passed away on July 30, 2019. Barbara was the beloved wife of the late Vern William Hausmann; loving mother of the late John Hausmann (Yvonne), Loretta Scarber, the late Fred Carnarius, Mark (Diane) Hausmann, Mary Louise Sontag, Margaret (Eugene) Haske, Barbara Moore and Harvey Hausmann; loving grandmother of Devon McAlpin, Drew Hausmann, Teresa Riza, David Riza, Mary Riza, Michael Riza, Jeannette Bowman, Jessika Racz-Roush, Phillip Sontag, Paul Sontag, Jennifer Tynes, Sarah Haske and Danielle Haske; and great grandmother to many dear great grandchildren. She is also the loving daughter of the late Harvey and Margaret Herron; and dear sister of Mary Alice (John) Kane and the late Mercedes Reid. Barbara will always be remembered for her love of sewing. She would make her own clothing, and you could always find her knitting, doing cross stitch or needle point. She was also very involved with her church and always enjoyed spending time with her family, especially her twin sister and best friend Mercedes. Funeral Mass will be held on Tuesday, August 5, 2019 at 11am at St. Louis Catholic Church, Clinton Township. The family will receive friends on Monday from 4-8pm with Rosary Prayers at 7pm at Sparks-Griffin Funeral Home, Lake Orion and from 10:00am on Tuesday at church until the time of Mass.
