Betty Oliver Raczka; November 26, 2010; of Oxford; age 80; beloved wife of the late Peter Raczka for 49 years; loving mother of Roberta (Mike) Fry, Karol (Sue) Raczka, Peter (Joyce) Raczka, Christopher B. (Dawn) Raczka, Lee (Brian) Orlandi, and John Raczka. Betty is also survived by her brothers and sisters, Linda Newby, Lonnie and Carolyn Oliver, Fred and Mary Oliver, Paul and Joyce Oliver and Dale Rodriguez; special cousin Charles Moore; and her many nieces, nephews, grandchildren and great grandchildren. Betty was preceded in death by her daughter Mary Jane, parents Raymond and Sadie Oliver, sister Minnie (Frank) Singer, and brother in laws Art Newby and Ruben Rodriguez. Betty was active in the Lake Orion Lady Lions and the Disabled American Veterans. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, December 4, 2010 at 10:00 a.m. at the Pontiac Chapel of Sparks-Griffin Funeral Home. The family will receive friends on Friday from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Interment White Chapel Cemetery. Reflections may be shared by visiting www.sparksgriffin.com.
