WALLING, BILL E. of North Branch, Mi., formerly of Lake Orion, died in the loving care of the Suncrest staff, and Heartland Hospice, on June 12, 2010, age 76.Beloved husband of Dorothy. Dear father of Jeff (Amy) Walling of Dryden, Kim (David) Johnson of Oregon, Steve (Heidi) Walling of Waterford, and Jesse Walling of Lapeer. Loving grandfather of 10 grandchildren, and 1 great-grandchild. Brother of Maxine (Otto) Krenz of TX, and Donald Walling of CO.Mr. Walling was a member of the Lake Orion Lions Club, and the Lake Orion Masonic Lodge #46. He was retired after 33 years from Lake Orion Schools-Building and Grounds Dept., was a Barber in Lake Orion for many years, and a graduate of Keego Harbor High School. A celebration of Bill's life will be held Friday June 18th at 2:00 pm. from the Lions Bear Lake Camp, 3409 N. Five Lakes Rd. in Lapeer. Memorial contributions may be made to Alzheimer's Foundation, Lions Bear Lake Camp, or the Suncrest Auxillary. Arrangements by Lake Orion Chapel, Sparks-Griffin Funeral Home (248-693-8336).
