Bradford G. Cline

Bradford G. Cline, died unexpectedly on his 66th birthday, November 20, 2015, in his home in Lake Orion, Michigan. He is survived by his brother Jon Cline (Wendy), and step-siblings Sue (Mike) Thibodeau, MaryLou (Larry) Erickson, Nancy (Rich) Knoth and Lloyd "Skip" (Annie) Berry; niece Marie Aninos, nephew Charles (April) Craig, niece Elizabeth (James) Spearing, niece Elizabeth (Greg) Vaughn, nephew Gabriel (Jennifer) Craig and nephew Michael Keith; great-nephews Charles Craig Jr. and Adrian Filipovski, as well as many other beloved nieces, nephews, cousins, friends and teammates. He is preceded in death by his parents Bill and Dorothy (Keough) Cline. Brad was born November 20, 1949 in Detroit, Michigan, and was a lifelong resident of Lake Orion, Michigan. He was retired from General Motors, served in the United States Air Force with top secret clearance and played softball for the majority of his life, on several leagues. He played on the "World Famous" Lake Orion Men's Softball League from 1973 until 2015 and he was known as "Bad Brad". If you knew him, you knew that he loved softball, animals and living life to the fullest. Brad was a father-figure and "uncle" to many, and he took care of those he loved, as well as those in need. He will be greatly missed. A Memorial Service will be held on Sunday, November 29, 2015 at 2pm at Sparks-Griffin Funeral Home. The family will receive friends from 12pm until the time of service.
