Brian O. Johnson

Brian O. Johnson; of Lapeer; age 50; passed away August 7, 2016. Brian is husband of Kristina; father of Macy, Leah, Lauren and Meryl; son of Laurel and Melvin Johnson; and son in law of Dave (the late MaryAnn) Gotham.  He is also survived by his sister Lisa (Dave) Kondas and their daughters, Sarah and Megan; cousin Gayl (Jeff) Alasina and their sons, Benjamin and Joseph; aunt Myrna Goudy; and uncle Dennis Green; sister in law Michelle (Gary) Gallina and their daughters, Amanda, Rachel and Emily; and beloved lifelong friend Mike Nixon.  Brian graduated from Lake Orion High School, attended Oakland University and most recently worked for Autoliv in Auburn Hills.  He loved the Lord and attended Oakland Church for many years.  Brian loved spending time with his family, being with his dog and raising his chickens.  He was an avid hunter and fisherman and just really loved being outdoors with nature.  Memorial services will be held on Saturday, August 13, 2016 at 12 noon at Oakland Church, 5100 N. Adams Road, Rochester. The family will receive friends from 11am until the time of service. In lieu of flowers, donations in Brian's name may be given to Yatooma's Foundation For The Kids: forthekidsfoundation.org or 888-987-KIDS.
