CHARLES R. BARRETT JR.; age 65. After a long, fierce battle against kidney cancer, he succumbed 7/28/11 at the Detroit VA Hospital. Charlie is survived by his brother Sid; sisters Phyllis, Donna and Ruth; brother-in-laws Dean Ward, Joe Raymond; and honorary brother-in-law Tim Albertson. Charlie is also much loved by his 7 nieces and nephews and 7 great nieces and nephews. A memorial service and interment will occur Friday, 8/5/11 at 1:30 p.m. at Great Lakes National Cemetery in Holly. Share your memories and condolences with the family at www.sparksgriffin.com.
