Charles Clifford Johnson,; age 87; of Waterford MI; passed away October 2, 2014 at Lourdes Senior Community; loving husband of Margaret (Peggy) Johnson for 66 years; father of Megen (Lee) Stadele; preceded in death by his son Paul Johnson (Jane); parents C. O. and Evelyn Johnson, brothers Kenneth and David; survived by sisters Carol Barry and Kathryn Korpak; grandchildren Timothy (Brandy), Benjamin, David, Julia (Allen), Emma, Laura; and many loving nieces and nephews. Graduate of Pontiac Central and General Motors Institute, after serving in the Navy during WWll, joined General Motors working Overseas for 20 years and retiring after 35 years. Member of First Presbyterian Church of Pontiac, serving as Deacon and Stephens Minister. Visitation 10-12 AM, October 6, 2014 at SPARKS-GRIFFIN FUNERAL HOME, Pontiac with Funeral Service immediately following visitation.
