Charlotte Kay Phillips

March 1, 1945 — April 11, 2020

Charlotte Kay Phillips; of Lake Orion; age 75; passed away on April 11, 2020. Charlotte is the beloved wife of Charles, with whom they shared 56 years of marriage. She is also the loving mother of Roxanne Hoosier, Roy Phillips, Ronald Phillips and Randy Phillips; loving grandmother of Taylor Phillips, Travis Anderson, Mia Phillips and Brett Phillips; and dear sister of Della Payne, Shirley Scribner and Marjorie Arnold. A memorial service will be held later this year for family and friends with dates and time to be announced.
