Christine Gary

Christine Gary; of Rochester Hills; passed away August 25, 2013 at 90 years of age. Christine is the beloved wife of the late George; loving mother of Elizabeth (John) Rogala and Jon (Carey E.) Gary; dear grandmother of Jake Rogala, Kaarina (Tim) Bodnar and Krista (Randy) Mince; special great grandmother of Will, Nolan and Madison; and dear sister of Ted, and the late Mary, Edna, Tom and Dee. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and other family members. Christine was retired from the Pontiac Public Schools, and was very active in her church and community. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, August 31, 2013 at 10:00 a.m. at St. George Greek Orthodox Church, 36816 Woodward Avenue, Bloomfield Hills 48302. The family will receive friends from 9:30 a.m. until the time of service at church. Interment Ottawa Park Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. George Greek Orthodox Church, the Michigan Humane Society or Seasons Hospice and Palliative Care.
