MONTE, CHRISTY JAMES. April 22, 2011. Age 65 of Charlevoix. Beloved husband of Delores Diane of 46 years. Dear father of Scott J. (Beth) Monte, JoAnn M. Monte Ball, and Nicholas(Kimberly) Monte. Grandfather of Christopher W. Monte, Ryan A. Monte, Ethan G. Monte, Grace E. Monte, Frankie J. Monte, Justine E. Ball, Jacob A. Ball and Jennifer A. Ball. Brother of John (Opal) Monte, Tom(Karen) Monte, JoAnn(Dean) Rinehart, Pat Bentley and the late Michael A. Monte. Funeral service Wednesday 11am at the Lake Orion Chapel of the Sparks-Griffin Funeral Home. Family will receive friends on Tuesday 2-4 & 6-8 pm. Mr. Monte was the owner of Monte's Auto Wash in Charlevoix and Gaylord. He enjoyed classic cars, boating and fishing. Interment Mt Hope Cemetery in Pontiac.
