Daniel Rodriguez Jr.

Daniel Rodriguez; age 74; of Pontiac, Michigan; entered the kingdom of God on October 25, 2022.  He was born to the (late) Juanita and Daniel Rodriguez. Daniel was a most loving father, grandfather, and brother. He is survived by his children Danielle (Kenneth), Karrie Ruelas and Jose (Buffy) Ruelas. His memories will be cherished by his grandchildren Ethan, Arya Jade, Madelyn, Kenny, Ava, Ryan, Taylor, Jose, Alexis, Tamara and Roen; and great grandchild Sophia. Dan has six brothers and sisters the late Rojelio Rodriguez, Benjamin Rodriguez (Janet), Raul Rodriguez (Maria), Yolanda Buck, Irene Messenger and Ilda Buchanan (Ricky) and many nephews and nieces. Upon graduation, Daniel joined the marine corp. To serve the country he loved.  Upon leaving the military, Dan pursued a construction career specializing in carpentry.  He was a man of simple taste and had a personality and natural charisma to make friends.  His laugh was contagious, he was a man of many stories and loved to tell jokes.  A memorial service will take place on Wednesday, November 2, 2022 at 11:00 a.m. at the First Spanish American Baptist Church at 1533 Giddings Rd., Pontiac, Michigan 48340.
