HINMAN, DOROTHY MAY, of Lake Orion, formerly of Alma, went home to be with the Lord April 23, 2010, age 97. Beloved wife of the late Ceville Hinman.Dear mother of Linda (David) Hodges of Lake Orion, Ceville (Lou Ann) Hinman of Vicksburg, and the late Carol Lee and her husband Larry, both deceased. Loving Grandmother of 7 Grandchildren, 16 Great-Grandchildren, and 1 Great-Great Granddaughter. Mrs. Hinman was a member of Oxford Free Methodist Church, and was retired from sales at J.C. Penny.Funeral services Friday 10:30 am. from the Lake Orion Chapel, Sparks-Griffin Funeral Home (248-693-8336). Interment Oak Grove Cemetery in St. Louis, MI. Visitation Thursday at the funeral home from 2 to 5 pm., and 7 to 9 pm. Memorials may be made to the Oxford Free Methodist Church, or McLaren Hospice.
