Earl "Ed" Jones

Beloved Husband and Father, Earl Edward Jones “Ed”; passed away Saturday, August 20, 2016; age 89. He was born in Pine Bluff, Arkansas but lived most of his life in Lake Orion. Ed is survived by his devoted and loving wife, Terri; and daughters, Amanda (Jerry) Narsh and Kathy (Emmet) Estrella. He is also survived by his grandchildren, Armand (Janine) Estrella, Caleb (Alexa) Narsh, Alex Narsh, Anthony Narsh, Michael Narsh and Andrew (Danielle) Narsh; and his great grandchildren, Breanna and A.J. He was preceded in death by his son, Mark Jones; and wife Leona A. Jones. Ed was a lifelong Teamster Union member; he retired from Triangle Electric Company as a Truck Driver, Electrician and Warehouse Manager. He then worked part time for Oxford Bank and Jacobson’s Flowers. Ed was passionate about his Detroit Lions and an avid fisherman and hunter. He was a past member of the Lake Orion Lion’s Club and Lake Orion Horse Shoe Club. Ed was well known for his sense of humor and quick wit. He will be missed by all who knew and loved him. Memorial Services will be held on Friday, August 26, 2016 at 6pm at SPARK-GRIFFIN FUNERAL HOME, Lake Orion. The family will receive friends from 3pm until the time of services.
