Edward "Bill" Bohlman; of Rose City; age 70; passed away October 13, 2011; beloved husband of Ruth for 49 years; loving father of Philip (Marijean), Paul (Diane), Mark (Jill) and Joyce; dear grandfather of seven; and brother of Loretta Pearce. Bill retired from General Motors in 1994 after 32 years of service. Funeral services will be held on Monday, October 17, 2011 at 11:00 a.m. at the First Baptist Church of Lake Orion with Rev. George Stiekes officiating. The family will receive friends on Sunday with suggested visiting hours of 2 to 5 p.m. at the Lake Orion Chapel of Sparks-Griffin Funeral Home. Interment Christian Memorial Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Gideon's. Reflections may be shared with the family at www.sparksgriffin.com.
