Loving grandfather of Kelly & her friend Chris Stanley, Kim (Ryan) Negoshian, Kory & his friend Joanne Mather, Amy (Michael) Carpenter, and Megan Sanderson. Mr. Thorndycraft was retired from G.M. Truck & Bus, and was a veteran of the U.S. Army.Funeral services Thursday 11:00 am. from Lake Orion Chapel, Sparks-Griffin Funeral Home (248-693-8336). Interment East Lawn Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home after 3:00 pm. Wednesday, with suggested visiting hours of 3 to 5, and 7 to 9 pm.Memorial contributions may be made to Orion Township Public Library, or Michigan Humane Society.
