Ernesto J. Amador Jr.

Ernesto Jay Amador Jr.; age 47; of San Angelo, Texas formally of Waterford, MI; passed away December 27, 2019. Ernesto is the beloved son of Ernesto Amador Sr.; loving father of Corderro Amador of Lapeer, Michigan, Tony (Jamie) Frey of Arizona, Alexis Amador of Boston, Massachusetts, Alicia Amador of Pontiac, Michigan and Aubrey Amador of Waterford, Michigan; loving grandfather of Bryson Frey; adoring brother of Nicholas Contreras, Maria Contreras, Bianca Amador and Austin Amador; and uncle to nieces and nephews. He was also preceded in death by his mother, Modesta Rose Gutierrez; and siblings, Michael Amador and Tina Amador. Jay will also be missed by several aunts, uncles and a lot of close cousins. Jay was a loving man who admired his family and friends. Took Exceptional pride in his appearance, loved listening to all kinds of music and enjoyed watching all kinds sport events with family & friends. Jay had a heart of gold & caring personality. He will be missed the most for his crazy sense of humor. A Celebration of Life will be held on Sunday, January 19th, 2020 from 1-4pm at Sparks-Griffin Funeral Home, Pontiac.
