Florence (Flo) Marie Hauxwell

Florence (Flo) Hauxwell; age 78; of Lake Orion passed away peacefully at home surrounded by her family on June 21, 2026. Florence was one heck of an athlete that enjoyed bowling, softball and golf. She loved working in her yard and flower gardens. Her greatest joy was her family and loved hanging out with her sisters. She enjoyed watching golf, football and was an amazing cook. Florence is survived by her loving husband Stephen of 59 years; dear mother to son Bradford and daughter Julie (Gil) Olds; loving grandmother to Jordan, Taylor, Ian (Sylvia), Reece, Isabella (Sean) and Greyson; loving great grandmother to Anthony, Riverleigh, Adelaide, Scottie and another a baby girl on the way, and dear sister to Roy (Dottie) Burns, Margery Miracle and Bernice (Ron) Fuson. Florence is preceded in death by her mother Lucille Cummins. Her memory will be carried on by those who loved and cherished her. Per Florence’s wishes there will not be a service and cremation has taken place. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Sparks-Griffin Funeral Home, Lake Orion.
