Francis "Joe" Joseph Rusch

Francis Joseph Rusch; of Oxford; age 96; passed away on July 4, 2019. Joe is the beloved husband of  the late "Mame" for 50 years.  He is the loving father of Cheri (Ron) Kalso and Kathy (David) Fischer; loving grandfather of Kristi (Ryan) Rumberger, Derek Elliott, David (Brittany) Fischer, Kaity Fischer, Kellen (Channing) Kalso and Keane (Holly) Kalso.  He is also the great grandfather of Kylie, Keira, Ari and Nora. Joe had a passion for bowling, traveling and golf.   Family was the most important thing to him and he was a wonderful father, grandfather, great grandfather, brother, uncle and friend.  He will be dearly missed by all.   Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, July 9, 2019 at 7pm at Sparks-Griffin Funeral Home in Lake Orion.  The family will receive friends for visitation from 4pm until the time of service. Interment Eastlawn Cemetery.  In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Lake Orion Veteran's Memorial or a charity of your choice.
