Frederick Douglas Griffiths

It is with deep sorrow that we are announcing the passing of Frederick D. Griffiths.

Fred was preceded in death by his father Frederick John Griffiths; his mother Jeannine Helen Fuller; his first wife Gaillais Eleanor Langley; his sister Mary Margaret Griffiths; and brothers, James Griffiths, Dave Griffiths and Timothy Griffiths.

He was the oldest of 11 brothers and sisters, Robert (Patricia) Mary (Bill) Boyd, John (Elizabeth), Joseph (Ellen), Ann Marie (Chuck) Kitchner and William (Mary Carol) Martin.

Fred was also a loving father to John Frederick (Shibani) Griffiths, Jeannine Marie (Marc) Vickery; grandfather to Grace, Ava, Sophia, Liam, and Gaia; and step grandfather to Jayce.

Fred married Debbie Baker July 9, 2016.  Had 3 step children Scott (Brittany) Baker, Alesha (Jeremy) and Misty (Tyler) Ledger.

Fred served in the US Army. When he came back to the states he served in Logistics for the US Army T.A.C.O.M..  He was responsible for the tanks that were overseas and in combat. He was very proud to be able to continue to serve is country through his job. In addition to his love he had for his family, he loved NASCAR and was able to go to many races. He also loved camping and fishing.

A Private Celebration of Life will be held on January 18, 2025.
