Garrett F. Mehlberg

Garrett Mehlberg; age 79; of Auburn Hills; passed away August 4, 2014. He leaves behind his beloved wife of 56 years, Polly (Bolinger) Mehlberg, 2 sons, Steve (Denise) and David (Tina); 7 grandchildren; and great grandfather of 2. Also survived by his sister Luana Mehlberg, sister-in-law Joyce Mehlberg, numerous nieces, nephews, extended family members and loving friends. Preceded in death by his parents, Lester and Frances Mehlberg; son Scott; and brother Dale. The family will receive friends at the Pontiac Chapel Of Sparks-Griffin Funeral Home on Saturday, August 9, 2014 at 1 p.m. with a Memorial Service to start at 2 p.m. Memorial contributions may be made to the Alzheimer's Association.
