Geraldine Coyle

Geraldine Coyle; of Lake Orion; age 92; passed away November 11, 2018. Geraldine was the beloved wife of the late John Coyle; loving mother of Stephen (Sheryl) Coyle, David (Michelle) Coyle, Mary Catherine Coyle, Jane (Jeffrey) Walter, John (Claudia) Coyle, Paula (Tom) Petiprin, Margaret “Peggy” Coyle, Timothy (Susan) Coyle and Brendan (Michelle) Coyle; loving grandmother of 16; and dear great grandmother of 2.  Mrs. Coyle was known by her family as the best baker in the world.  She loved all plants and animals, and loved showing off her “green thumb” with her beautiful flowers.  She was proud to have raised her 9 children and along the way developed lifelong friendships and she will always be remembered by both as strongest person they ever met in their life.  Funeral mass will be held on Friday, November 16, 2018 at 11am at St. Joseph Catholic Church, Lake Orion.  The family will receive friends on Thursday from 4-8pm at Sparks-Griffin Funeral Home, Lake Orion with Scripture prayers at 7pm.  Interment Square Lake Cemetery.  Memorials may be made to the Alzheimer’s Association.
