SHEPARD, GERALDINE L. January 6, 2007 Age 76 of Auburn Hills. Beloved wife of the late Samuel H. Dear mother of Debbie(Jerry) McCarthy of Rochester Hills, Denise(Larry) Mertz of Lake Orion, Shelley(Bart) Jones of Metamora and Shawn (Al) Makuch of Clarkston. Grandmother of Sean(Heather) McCarthy, Brian McCarthy, Carrie(Tony) Brennen, Truman and Bowie Jones and Sadie Makuch. Great Grandmother of 5. Dear sister of Jim Nacarato of Las Vegas, NV and half sister of David (Rosemary) Kondor and Donald (Yvonne) Kondor both of Milan, MI. Mrs. Shepard retired in 1996 as a Claims Specialist from CIGNA Insurance Company; worked as a secretary part-time at the Clawson-Troy Elks. She was a former member of the United Methodis t Church in Pontiac; she faithfully attended The Free Methodist Church in Auburn Hills and was a member of the Rochester Hills Eagles; Mrs. Shepard enjoyed family gatherings, gardening, embroidering and going for walks. Funeral service Wednesday, January 10, 2007 at 11 am from the Pontiac Chapel of the Sparks-Griffin Funeral Home. Family will receive friends Tuesday after 2 pm, with suggested visiting hours of 2-5 and 7-9 pm. Pastor Kim Martin officiating. Interment Perry Mount Park.
