Gloria L. Bakewell

Gloria Lynn Bakewell; of Fostoria; age 75; passed away October 24, 2018. Gloria is the beloved wife of Robert for 31 years; loving mother of Traci (Anne) Reitano, Lisa Putnam, Kristi Reitano, Kelly (Chuck) Byer, Cari (Fred) Locher and the late Jeffrey Bakewell; and loving grandmother and great grandmother of many.  Spending time with her family was the most important thing in Gloria’s life, but she also loved her cat Jinx, going to the casino and cooking.  Funeral service will be held on Monday, October 29, 2018 at 1pm at Sparks-Griffin Funeral Home, Lake Orion.  The family will receive friends on Sunday from 2-6pm and on Monday from 12noon until the time of service.  Interment Waterford Center Cemetery.  In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. Jude Children’s Hospital.
