Lovingwife of Salvatore for 67years; cherished mother ofHelen (Eurskin) Garten ofOakland, MI and HarrietBerg of Washington, MI;loving grandmother ofApril Garten, Kristena(Kevin) Cook, Gina Yurisko(Kirk Spillane), DawnYurisko (Matt McNabb),Sam (Stephanie) Garten,and Marvin (Ti f f a n y )Berg. She dearly loved hereight great grandchildren,Kirk Spillane Jr., AnjelicaGarten, Branden Garten, Andrew, Garten, Marissa Cimini, Anna Austin, Michael Garten and Faith Garten.Survived by sister-in-lawand brother-in-law, Roseand Frank Potestio; alsonieces, nephews, and extendedfamily and friends.Her family meant theworld to her. She lovedgardening and feeding thebirds and other critters.Her kitty (Cookie) was especiallydear to hear. Shenever said an unkind wordtoward anyone. She lovedlife and spring was her favoritetime of the year.She always said, "new lifeand new growth." She willforever be in our hearts.Funeral Services will beheld on Saturday, March24, 2012 at 11:30 a.m. atSparks-Griffin FuneralHome, 111 East FlintStreet, Lake Orion.
