Ida Mae Bettis Elliott, age 87; of Pontiac; Sunrise November 21, 1925 - Sunset June 6, 2013. Beloved mother of Marie McDonald, Emmett (Sarah) Elliott, Eugene Elliott, Arline (Paul) Simmon and Doris Grimes; also survived by sister Lela Mae Anderson, twelve grandchildren, nineteen great grandchildren, and ten great-great grandchildren. Ida was preceded in death by her husband Emmett Elliott Sr. and daughter Sadie M. Ivory. Funeral Service will be held on Thursday, June 13, 2013 at 12 noon at Monument of Faith Missionary Baptist Church, 378 Auburn Rd. with Rev. James H. Keys officiating.
