Imogene Tate

Imogene Tate,passed away June 9, 2009 at the age of 85. Imogene was born on October 29, 1923 in West Frankfort, Illinois. She resided with her husband Clois A. Tate (deceased) for 52 years in Pontiac, Michigan. She is the wonderful mother of Brenda Parent and William of Rochester Hills, Mi., Linda Watson of Madisonville, Kentucky, and Betty Jean Martin and David of Charlotte, Mi. The last five years she resided with her daughter Betty in Charlotte, Mi. She has seven grandchildren: William Parent, Chris Parent, Stacy Byers, Judy Watson, James Watson, Charles Martin and Katy Martin; and six great grandchildren who will miss her dearly. She was a member of The Apostolic Church of Auburn Hills, Mi. and New Hope Community in Charlotte, Mi. Funeral services will be held on Friday, June 12, 2009 at 11:00 a.m. at the Pontiac Chapel of Sparks-Griffin Funeral Home with the Rev. Gary Hunley of The Apostolic Church in Auburn Hills officiating. The family will receive friends on Thursday from 4 to 7 p.m. Interment Perry Mount Park Cemetery.
