Irene Szymanski

Irene Szymanski; of Lake Orion; age 95; passed away on February 18, 2024.  Irene is the beloved wife of the late George; loving mother of Linda (Douglas) McKay, Denise Chapman, the late Robert Syzmanski and Michelle Szymanski; dear grandmother of 5; and great grandmother of 8. Funeral Mass will be held on Friday, February 23, 2024, at 11am at St. Joseph Catholic Church, 715 N. Lapeer Road, Lake Orion.  The family will receive friends at the church from 10:30 am until the time of service.  Irene’s family would like to send a very grateful thank you to the staff of Pomeroy Living for the personal attention and care she received the last few years.   Memorial donations may be made to the Alzheimer’s Association.
