Irene Woloson

Irene Agnes Woloson; of Lake Orion; age 83; passed away January 23, 2020.  Irene was the beloved wife of the late Richard M Woloson.  She is survived by her sons Daniel and Michael (Pamela) Woloson, three grandchildren and two great grandchildren.  Before her move to Lake Orion, she and her husband resided in Warren and then Sterling Heights, Michigan.  She was active in Al-anon and sponsored dozens of women over the years, sharing hope and love and making friends everywhere she went.  She was an avid cook and would spend hours making homemade pierogis, hot fudge cream puffs, and many more delightful dishes. She was a master quilter and made quilts for those she loved.  She was known for taking pictures, whether it be her grandchildren’s activities, time with family or outings with friends and she would have the pictures printed and shared with all involved. Most of all Irene was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother and friend who always had a smile of delight every time she saw you.

A celebration of life has been postponed, and will be rescheduled with dates to be announced in the near future.
