NICHOLS, JACK HENRY. December 9, 2008 Age 75 of Sylvan Lake. Beloved husband of Doris of 54 years. Loving father of Susan(Robert Sells) Stewart of FL, Debra(Tim) Lennon of AZ and Jack H. Jr.(Annastacia) of FL.Grandfather of Allison and Jackson Nichols. Dear brother of Linda (Larry) Purvis. Mr. Nichols graduated from Pontiac Central High School. He was a United States Army Veteran serving during the Korean Conflict. Jack retired from General Motors Truck and Bus in 1995, where he was a Engineering Supervisor. He also was an avid boater and enjoyed playing golf. Funeral service Saturday 11am from the Lake Orion Chapel of the Sparks-Griffin Funeral Home. Family will receive friends Friday after 3pm, with suggested visiting hours of 3-5 & 7-9 pm. Interment White Chapel Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be directed to Karmanos Cancer Institute.
