Jacqueline Sue Blevins

Jacqueline "Jackie" (Clark) Blevins passed away peacefully on July 28, 2026, at the age of 81.

Born on June 7, 1945, in Pontiac, Michigan, Jackie was the daughter of the late Glen and Ila (Gritzinger) Clark. She lived a life filled with love for her family, quiet strength, and an appreciation for life's simple pleasures.

Jackie was preceded in death by her parents; her beloved son, Kurt Blevins; her sisters, Carol Harter, Glenda Brown, and Patsy Hoisington; and her brothers-in-law, Ben Savedge and Dale Hoisington.

She is lovingly survived by her sisters, Betty Savedge, Judy DeRoseau, and Kathy (Mack) Wright; her brother, Gary (Sherry) Clark; her brothers-in-law, Charles Harter and Ronald Brown; along with many cherished nieces, nephews, extended family members, and dear friends who will forever treasure her memory.

Jackie worked for many years in crowd control at the Palace of Auburn Hills, where she enjoyed being part of many memorable events and meeting countless people throughout her years there. In her free time, she found joy in reading books and writing poetry, passions that reflected her thoughtful and creative spirit. She will be remembered for her kindness, gentle heart, and the love she shared with everyone fortunate enough to know her.

While Jackie's passing leaves an immeasurable void in the hearts of those who loved her, her family finds comfort in believing that she has been joyfully reunited in Heaven with her beloved son, Kurt, whom she missed dearly. Their reunion is a beautiful reminder that the bond between a mother and child never ends and that love continues beyond this life.

A graveside service celebrating Jackie's life will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, July 31, 2026, at Aaron Webster Cemetery, 150 S. Squirrel Road, Auburn Hills, Michigan 48326. The service will be officiated by Mack Wright. Family and friends are invited to attend as they gather to honor and celebrate Jackie's life. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Sparks-Griffin Funeral Home, Lake Orion.
