James W. Atkins

Atkins, James W.; Sunrise April 9, 1920, Springfield, Ohio - Sunset May 31, 2013; Pontiac, Michigan. The son of the late Joseph W. Atkins and the late Edith (Ross) Atkins. Mr. Atkins leaves to cherish his memory, sisters Bernice Carroll and Pauline Myrick. James was preceded in death by sister Lucille (Seay) Edwards and brother Robert Atkins and a host of family and friends. Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, June 8, 2013 at 11 a.m. at Mt. Olive Missionary Baptist Church 458 Central Ave. Family hour will be 10 a.m. until time of service with Pastor Kenneth Bender officiating. Interment Perry Mount Park Cemetery.
