James Frederick Burgess; of Rochester; age 84; departed this life on November 15, 2015. Beloved husband of Lucille; dear father of Joe, Tom, Dan, Steve and Sandra; grandfather of Matthew, Sarah, Shelby, Brittany, Ashley and Emma; great grandfather of Connor James. The family will receive friends and family for visitation Thursday, November 19, 2015 from 3-8pm 8pm at SPARKS-GRIFFIN FUNERAL HOME, Lake Orion. Funeral Mass Friday, November 20, 2015 1pm at St. Joseph Catholic Church, Lake Orion with luncheon to follow. In lieu of flowers, donations will be administered by the family for the benefit of the Beaumont Oncology Team.
