JAMES F PEARSON; age 96 b. 7/19/1918 in Columbus,O.to Edward Pearson and Georgia Clem Pearson. d 7/11/2015. Preceded in death by his wife of 64 yrs Leone McComb Pearson. Long time resident of Lake Orion, retired from Waterford Construction Co to current residence Baldwin, MI. Survived by children Peggy Perry (Jim), Robert Pearson, Cathy Tulk, Barb Bennett, Susan Woods, James J Pearson (Liz), Donna Purdy and stepchildren David Parrott (Julie) and Carol Rhines (John). Preceded in death by Michael Pearson and Daniel Parrott (Judy). Also survived by many grand and great grand children. Jim was a lifetime member of American Legion Post 233, VFW and AMVETS and member of BAC Local 1 Detroit and Vicinity Trowel Trades. He was a veteran of WWII, involved with the Battle of the Buldge, RIGHT TO BE PROUD. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, July 15, 2015 at 11 am at Sparks-Griffin Funeral Home, Lake Orion.
