Jane E. Beckwith

Jane Ellen Beckwith; of Gingelville; age 80; passed away October 25, 2016. Jane is the beloved wife of Frederick J. for 59 years; loving mother of Carol Elizabeth (Richard) Compagnoni; Jeffrey Beckwith and John Thomas (Tracy) Beckwith; loving grandmother of Kristine (Rich) Capak, Courtney (Dan) Muncie, Rachel Compagnoni, Colleen (Eugene) Bringman, Kaitlyn Elizabeth Beckwith and Kyle Thomas Beckwith; and great grandmother of Lilly Beckwith.  She was preceded in death by her brother Thomas Thornberry.  Jane was the right hand to Fred at the Village Trophy Shop for many years.  She loved painting, sewing and playing tennis. And probably most of all Jane will be remembered for her dolls, her beautiful bows, and the night gowns and dresses that she would make for her beloved granddaughters.  Funeral Mass will be held on Friday, October 28, 2016 at 7pm at Christ the Redeemer Catholic Church.  The family will receive friends Friday at the church from 3 to 5pm and from 6pm until the time of Mass.  In lieu of flowers, donations made to the Capuchin Soup Kitchen would be greatly appreciated.  Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Sparks-Griffin Funeral Home, Lake Orion.
