RUFF, JANET K. OF Lake Orion, November 7, 2008 age 65.Beloved husband of Donald.Janet was born in Lake Orion on July 14, 1943, the youngest child of Clarence and Helen Lamphier. Dear sister of Charlotte (Don) Soldan, Jerald (Nancy) Lamphier of Lapeer, Richard (Jean) Lamphier of Elk Rapids, and the late Beatrice Stepka Marilyn Lamphier, Robert Lamphier, and Arlene Waterman. She is also survived by many, many nieces and nephews.Mrs. Ruff was retired from Lake Orion Schools where she served as a bus driver, dispatcher, and later custodian at Pine Tree School. She was a member of Lambda Chi Omega Sorority.Funeral services Wednesday 10:00 am . from the Lake Orion Chapel, Sparks-Griffin Funeral Home (248-693-8336). Interment East Lawn Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home after 3:00 Tuesday, with suggested visiting hours of 3 to 5, and 7 to 9 pm. Memorials may be made to Alzheimer's Foundation.
