Javier "Jr" Rene Sauceda Jr.

Javier Rene Sauceda Jr., of Pontiac; passed away unexpectedly on October 12, 2021 at the age of 36. Javier is the loving son of Javier Rene Sauceda Sr. and Esperanza Sauceda; beloved father of Sariah Sauceda and Javier Rene Sauceda III; loving partner of Samantha Shimmel; and loving brother of Natalie Sauceda (Brandon Scruggs), Cristina Sauceda (Manuel Roque) and Emilio Sauceda; adoring uncle of nephews, Alessandro and Luis Sauceda; beloved grandson of Maria De Jesus Sauceda. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles and cousins.

Javier (JR) was an amazing man with a heart of GOLD. He was the Life of the party. He had a smile that could light up the whole room. JR was the type of man that would give you the shirt off of his back.

The family will receive friends on Thursday, October 14, 2021 from 5:00 – 8:00 p.m. with a rosary service to start at 7:00p.m. at Sparks-Griffin Funeral Home, Pontiac Chapel. A funeral mass will be held on Saturday, October 16, 2021 at 10:00 am with visitation at 9:30 a.m. until the start of mass at St. Damien of Molokai Parish - St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church, 46408 Woodward Ave., Pontiac, Michigan 48342.
