Jeremy Tyler Mullen

Jeremy Tyler Mullen; age 28; of Oxford, Michigan; passed away on August 25, 2025, after losing a hard-fought battle with a rare and aggressive pancreatic cancer.

Born on March 5, 1997 in Pontiac, Michigan to Julie and Eric Mullen, Jeremy is the loving brother to Erika and the late Ramone, and cherished boyfriend to Aevah Hebda.

Jeremy graduated from Oxford High School and from there he went on to graduate from Grand Valley State University with a degree in Marketing and Advertising. He had a career in accounting at AIAG.

Jeremy lived a happy, meaningful, and impactful life. From a very young age, it was evident that he had a strong passion for living life to the fullest, and although his years on Earth were too few, he packed a great deal of living into the years he had. Jeremy loved basketball, fishing (especially at Gram and Pa’s and Stuart Lake), cooking, going to the gym, attending music festivals, and spending quality time with all his beloved friends. He loved watching NFL and NBA games, UFC fights, exploring new cities, trying new restaurants, and traveling the country with his girlfriend.

Jeremy was the light of any room he walked into and he never failed to make those around him laugh. While he wasn’t the loudest in the room his presence was always felt and appreciated due to his genuine, loyal, and down to earth personality. He drew people in with his caring, loving, and kind nature. His relationships were important to him and he was known as everyone’s rock and best friend. He will be deeply missed.

Jeremy was a dearly loved son, brother, grandson, cousin, and nephew. His time spent with his family laid the foundation for the man he became. He leaves a special stamp on the hearts of those who have loved him.

He is survived by his parents Eric and Julie (Tony Loria); sister Erika; grandparents, Patrick and Diane Heslip and Corine Turner; and numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins. Jeremy was preceded in death by brother Ramone Brown, Aunt Tricia Heslip, Aunt Veronica Jackson, Uncle Andrew Heslip, and grandfather Bruce Mullen.
