Jimmie "Sue" Davis

Jimmie Sue Davis “Sue”; of Pontiac, Michigan, Age 84; departed this life on May 14, 2020. She was born in Hampton, Arkansas to the late Luther and Irene Walker on March 14, 1936. She was raised by her grandparents Modest and Minnie Foreman. Sue leaves to cherish her memory and carry on her legacy 7 children: Martha Rodgers, Odis Sumler, Jim Sumler, Bill Sumler, Randy Sumler, Johnny Sumler, Hope Davis: 24 grandchildren; 26 great grandchildren; 13 great great-grandchildren; a brother Charles Richard Jr. (Butch) and a host of nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her brother Bobby Scales and Sister Ionia Richard. Private family viewing will be held at Sparks Griffin Funeral home (Pontiac) TBD. Interment at Hillview Memorial Gardens. A memorial service will be held at a later date.
