John L. Cairo

John Louis Cairo; age 63; of Grosse Ile, Michigan. Peacefully entered into God's eternal grace on November 3, 2015 surrounded by his family. Guided by their light, he is reunited with and welcomed into the arms of his preceding angels, the love of his life Mary Jo Cairo; father Pasquale Louis Cairo and mother Hilda Sylvia Cairo. He is survived by his daughter Jennifer (Dan) Trimble; his favorite granddaughter Kaylee Rose Trimble; his four sisters, Patricia (Douglas) Bradley, Sylvia Blaty, Nanette (David) Parks, Luann (Robert) Cruse; and many nieces and nephews. A special thanks to Richard Warren for being a good friend to John and a tremendous support to his family. Born May 8, 1952, John lived his life fully and fearlessly within God's will. His faith, strong and relentless, carried him and exuded through everything he did. A great singer, storyteller and all around prankster, John loved to laugh, loved adventure, and most of all loved his family. John was a self-employed Quality Management System Auditor. A private service has been held per John's wishes. For those who knew John, please take a moment to say a prayer of thanks to God for his life, laughter, and smile. And honor him by performing an act of kindness. John's humor and stories will be greatly missed by everyone who knew and loved him.
