John L. Monier

John L. Monier; of Citrus Springs, Florida; formerly of Oxford; passed away September 5, 2014 at the age of 87. John was preceded in death by his wife Maxine in 1997. He is the father of John Monier, Sandra (Daniel) Walker, Kathy (Greg) Hand and the late Thomas Monier; grandfather of four; and great grandfather of six. Before retiring to Florida, John owned and operated Tri-X Corporation, later known as Oxford Products since 1962. Funeral mass will be held at St. Joseph Catholic Church on Friday, September 12, 2014 at 11:00 a.m. The family will receive friends at SPARKS-GRIFFIN FUNERAL HOME, Lake Orion on Thursday from 3 to 7 p.m. Burial with Military Honors will be held at Ridgelawn Cemetery.
