Prigg, John L. 63, longtime Oxford, Michigan resident, John L. Priggs passed away on Friday, January 5, 2007, John was born in Muncie, Indiana, he attended Culver MilitaryAcademy and graduated from Muncie Central High School. He served in the United StatesAir Force and retired from ITT Automotive as a Sales Executive. He and his Wife Diannacquired a business in Phoenix, Arizona in 2003. His passion for horses leads him to join the Walking Horse Association of Michigan where he served as President for five years and was on the board of directors for the National Tennessee Walking Horse Breeders and Exibitors Association and Lewisburg, Tennessee. John was also a licensed judge for Tennessee Walking Horses for more than 12 years. John his survived by his wife Diann, 4 daughters, Suzanne Wilson of Findlay, Ohio, Jill Folts of Mt. Morris, Michigan, Mary Abrams of Scottsdale, Arizona and Staci Ardizzone of Nesconset, New Yorkand one son, Philip Janos of Caro, Michigan, 7 grandchildren and 1 great granddaughter.A memorial gathering will be held at the Sparks-Griffin Funeral Home in Lake Orion, Michigan on Thursday, January 11, 2007 between the hours of 3 and 8 PM. Funeral Services will be held on Friday, January 12, 2007 at the Lake Orion United Methodist Church at 11:00 AM. Interment will be at Great Lakes National Cemetery in Holly, Michigan. Memorials may be directed to Hospice or the Humane Society.

3:00PM to 8:00PM on Thursday, January 11th, 2007 at Lake Orion Chapel of the Sparks-Griffin Funeral Home (map/driving directions)

In-state at 10:00AM, Service at 11:00AM at United Methodist Church of Lake Orion on Friday, January 12th, 2007 (map/driving directions)
