Joseph C. Mendoza

Mendoza, Joseph C.; age 75; of Lake Orion; died September 26, 2012. Loving husband of 54 years to Ninfa; wonderful father of Christina (Fred) Castro, Deanna Dickerson, Joe Mendoza and Shawn Mendoza; proud grandfather of seven grandchildren and three great-grandchildren who brought joy to his life. Also survived by many other loving family members. Joe was a member of the Clarkston Eagles, Pontiac Moose, Pontiac American Legion as well as the Lake Orion Paint Creek Golf Club. A celebration of Joe's life will be held on Monday, October 1, 2012 at 11:00 a.m. at St. Damien of Molokai Catholic Church, St. Vincent DePaul Parish, Pontiac. The family will receive friends on Sunday from 2 to 8 p.m. at SPARKS-GRIFFIN FUNERAL HOME, 111 E. Flint Street, Lake Orion.
