Joyce Carter

Carter, Joyce M.; of Lake Orion; age 79; November 24, 2013. Beloved wife of the late Edgar; loving mother of Dennis (Donna) Carter, Donna (Rich) Kirby, Robert Carter and Steve (Becky) Carter; dear grandmother of 9; great grandmother of 6; and sister of Claude and Dorothy. Joyce was preceded in death by a grandchild and many brothers and sisters. She was a lifelong member of the Order of Eastern Star #340. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, November 27, 2013 at 11:00 a.m. at SPARKS-GRIFFIN FUNERAL HOME, Lake Orion. The family will receive friends on Tuesday from 1 to 3 and 5 to 7 p.m. with an Eastern Star service at 6:00 p.m. Interment Eastlawn Cemetery.
