Julio Ortiz was born on November  8, 1966 in Pontiac, Michigan to Elba Iris Ramos and Julio C. Ortiz.

Julio use to love to watch movies, play sports and loved to spend quality time with family.

Julio leaves behind to cherish in his memory his child, Julius Rosa; sisters, Julie "Pita", Elba "Frances", and Olga "Bebe"; his brothers, Reinaldo "Tato", Julio C. II, and Ricardo "Ricky"; his niece and nephews, Stephanie, Angel, Julian, Kritzia, Julianette, Dana, Manny, Lourdes, Francheska, Sergio, Sonya and Jeovannie; and his beloved girlfriend Maria. He was preceded in death by his father Julio C. Ortiz.

The family of Julio A. Ortiz would like to thank everyone for their love, support and words of encouragement during this time.

The family will receive friends on Thursday, March 9, 2023 from 3:00-7:00pm at Sparks-Griffin Funeral Home, Pontiac Chapel. A funeral service will be held on Friday, March 10, 2023 at 11:00 am at Sparks-Griffin Funeral Home, Pontiac Chapel. Interment Perry Mount Park Cemetery.
