She leaves to cherish her memory her loving husband for 42 years Walter Noel Jr.; four children; Walter Noel III, Dushun Noel, Phoenicia Cooper, Dammond Noel and 12 grandchildren. Funeral service will be held on Tuesday, October 5, 2010 at 11:00 a.m. at St. Stephan's MissionaryBaptistChurch. Family hour will be 10:00 a.m. until time of service. IntermentPerryMountParkCemetery.
