Katherine Trzcinski

June 9, 1937 — March 15, 2018

Katherine R. Trzcinski; of Lake Orion; formerly of Gaylord; passed away March 15, 2018 at 80 years of age. Katherine is the beloved wife of the late Norman (Ronnie) ; mother of Sharon (Dwaine) Starr, Ronald John Trzcinski, Sandra (Bill) Beverly, Suzanne (the late Vic) Anderson and Robert Joseph Trzcinski; grandmother of Britney Booth , Brennan Michael Starr, Victor James Anderson Jr. and Valerie Rosalyn Anderson; and sister of Gloria, Michaeleen, Denise and the late Joseph. A generous spirit, Kathy lived a full life grounded in her Catholic faith. Nothing brought her more joy than a houseful of family, friends and dogs. She loved to cook, played piano beautifully, enjoyed singing in church choirs and treasured her children and grandchildren. In spite of health problems, she fought like the Marine she was married to for 44 years. She ended each day by praying the rosary. She will be dearly missed by all those who knew and loved her. A Memorial Mass will be held on Friday, March 23, 2018 at 11am at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Lake Orion. The family will receive friends on Friday at the church from 10am until the time of service. Memorial donations may be made to the Leader Dogs for the Blind. Leader Dogs for the Blind
