Kenneth Bresett

BRESETT, KENNETH D.; of Lake Orion; October 20, 2012; age 88. Beloved husband of the late Laureen. Dear father of William (Sonja) of Lake Orion, Clint (Joan) of Lake O r i o n , K a t h y ( S t e v e ) Searls of Pontiac, and Chris (Doug) Wood of Oxford; loving grandfather of 10 grandchildren, 18 great grandchildren, and 1 great great grandson; brother of Marion Stern and Shirley Bresett of Pontiac. Mr. Bresett retired from the Lake Orion Post Office. Before joining the Post Office, he owned Ken's Barber Shop in Lake Orion. He was a W.W. II Army Veteran serving in the Normandy invasion of France and Germany, and was awarded the Bronze Star. After retirement he was a Ranger at Paint Creek, and Indianwood Country Clubs. Mr. Bresett was a volunteer fireman in Lake Orion, and a member of the Orion Masonic Lodge #46. He enjoyed golf, bowling, and bingo for many years. Funeral Services Wednesday 11 a . m . Lake Orion Chapel, Sparks-Griffin Funeral Home (248-693- 8336). Interment East Lawn Cemetery. Visitation Tuesday from 3 to 5 and 7 to 9 pm. at the funeral home.
